Exciting Opportunities for Offshore Client Representatives in the North Sea

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Offshore Client Representatives to join multiple major North Sea operating companies based in the UK, Scandinavia, and the EU. As a vital link between onshore management and offshore operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects in one of the most challenging and rewarding environments in the energy sector.


Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and offshore operations, maintaining effective communication and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to the UK, Scandinavian, and EU North Sea regions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work performed offshore, ensuring that it meets the client's specifications and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to onshore management and the client, reporting on project progress, safety performance, and any challenges encountered.
Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar Offshore Client Representative role, preferably in the North Sea region.
  • Familiarity with UK, Scandinavian, or EU North Sea safety requirements and regulations.
  • Knowledge of relevant offshore industry standards and practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between clients and offshore teams.
  • Desirable qualifications such as NEBOSH or other relevant safety certifications.
  • Understanding of the complexities and challenges of working in the offshore environment.
