Experience

To excel in these positions, candidates should preferably possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in offshore construction management, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: Possession of recognised industry certifications, such as NEBOSH or equivalent, highlighting commitment to safety.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with and understanding of UK, Scandinavian, or EU North Sea safety regulations and standards.
  • Project Exposure: Prior experience in managing construction projects within the North Sea region is highly desirable.
