Responsibilities

  • Resolve any technical or operational challenges that arise during construction.

  • Prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders and management.
Experience
  • Extensive experience as an Offshore Construction Manager or a similar leadership role in marine construction.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, practices, and safety regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex offshore projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide diverse construction teams.
  • Proficiency in construction planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes.
  • Sound decision-making abilities to handle unforeseen challenges effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, marine construction, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Physical fitness and adaptability to work in the demanding offshore environment.
  • The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
