The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Rigging Certification: A recognized rigging certification demonstrating proficiency in rigging operations.
- Offshore Experience: Proven experience in offshore rigging operations, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges posed by the North Sea environment.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with and adherence to typical UK, Scandinavian, or EU North Sea safety requirements and regulations.
- Technical Competence: Proficient in the use and maintenance of rigging equipment, with a keen attention to detail.

Desirable:
