  • Thorough knowledge of UK regulatory requirements for offshore operations, including HSE and CAA guidelines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with offshore personnel and management.
  • Relevant qualifications in management, engineering, or a related field recognised in the UK.
  • Experience in the oil and gas, renewable energy, or marine construction sectors is advantageous.
  • Physical fitness and adaptability to work in the challenging offshore environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making during dynamic operational scenarios.
  • Understanding of shift work patterns and flexibility to work in rotational schedules.
